Egypt's Foreign Minister meets Jordanian counterpart in Cairo

Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi met with his Egyptian counterpart Badr Abdelatty at Tahrir Palace in Cairo on Saturday.

Safadi is visiting Egypt and will participate in a meeting that includes the foreign ministers of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Egypt, the Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Secretary-General of the Arab League. The seven-party meeting will discuss developments in the Gaza situation following the ceasefire agreement and ways to support the UN agency for Palestinian refugees.
