Ornamental Chicken Fair in Isparta Showcases Over 1,700 Animals

The Ornamental Chicken Fair in Isparta, Turkiye, brought together animal lovers and producers.

Organized by the Federation of Ornamental Chickens and Garden Animals of Turkiye, the fair featured 1,730 animals, including 1,520 chickens and roosters, 140 pigeons, 70 rabbits, and various other poultry. These animals were brought from across Turkiye to compete in the event.

Judges evaluated the animals based on several criteria, including feather quality, eye color, ear length, crest structure, and height-to-weight ratio. The event drew significant interest, with many families and children attending. Organizers emphasized that such events help increase public appreciation for animals while also contributing to the growth and development of the sector.
