Egyptian president receives Algeria's Tebboune in Cairo

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and his Algerian counterpart, Tebboune, stated on Sunday that Egypt and Algeria fully agree on the developments in Gaza, calling for a ceasefire. They also expressed rejection of foreign intervention in Libya and Sudan while supporting political solutions for both countries. This came during their joint press conference in Cairo following their talks.

The Algerian president highlighted that Algeria is collaborating with Egypt to solve this crisis, expressing gratitude to President El-Sisi for Egypt’s efforts to broker a ceasefire that would allow the entry of essential supplies to Gaza as a step toward a lasting resolution.
