Bangladesh's Eid-ul-Adha celebrations have caused tailbacks and long queues on highways, with private buses and transport services overcharging passengers, forcing less affluent individuals to use trolleys and trucks.

Huge tailbacks were reported from highways leading out of Dhaka to celebrate Eid-ul-Adha festival in their home towns.Various stretches of the highway reported long queues of vehicles up to 10 kilometers leaving Dhaka.
