Indian PM initiates Campaign to Grow More Plants

World Environment Day is being celebrated globally to encourage awareness and action for the protection of the environment.  

This day has a special importance as a reminder to be gentle and concerned for our environment and find sustainable ways of development.  To mark the occasion, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi planted a sapling at the Buddha Jayanti Park in Delhi and he also started a forestation campaign called “One tree in the name of Mother”.
