


Hospitality Campaign was launched by the Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism in Hong Kong to increase the service quality in the city.
The Secretary said that to develop travel resources, it is needed to promote hospitality and enhance service quality. The campaign will also expand to schools. For instance, schools will select students to be polite ambassadors. The government will also provide the Tourism Board with training videos on how to receive tourists.
