Yoga Mahotsav 2024 kicks off in Dhaka

The High Commission of India in Bangladesh has launched a three-week-long celebration ahead of International Yoga Day 2024 on June 21.

The 'Yoga Mahotsav 2024' began at the Indira Gandhi Cultural Center (IGCC) in Dhaka, leading up to the main event at Suhrawardi International Indoor Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka. This year’s theme, “Yoga for Women Empowerment,” aims to promote yoga as a global movement, emphasizing women's health, well-being, and world peace.
