Vietnam and United States promote legislative cooperation

The Chairman of the National Assembly of Viet Nam received a delegation of US congressmen led by Chair of the Senate Armed Services Sub-Committee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities on Wednesday.

During the meeting, Chairman of the National Assembly of Viet Nam expressed his gratitude for the active cooperation between the Vietnamese National Assembly and the US legislature. He emphasized the importance of upgrading Vietnam-US relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership. He also suggested that the two sides continue to cooperate in areas such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, energy conversion, and high-performance sports.
