C919 passenger jet to debut at Singapore Airshow

A C919 passenger jet, China’s self-developed large passenger aircraft, arrived at Singapore’s Changi Airport on Saturday and is preparing to make its international debut at the Singapore Airshow later this month.

Singapore Airshow 2024 which will take place from Feb 20 to 25.According to a statement released by the organizers of the Singapore Airshow, the C919 jetliner will perform flight demonstrations during the event.

The C919 aircraft to debut at the Singapore Airshow was delivered to China Eastern Airlines in December 2022. It marked the first time ever for China’s civil aviation transport market to have an indigenously-developed mainline jetliner.
