Prizes awarding ceremony: Union Minister awarded prizes to the winner students

In commemorating the 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, the ceremony of awarding prizes for the winners of Impromptu talk and Essay contests was held at the convocation hall of the Yezin Agricultural University in the afternoon on 31st December with the attendance of Union Minister for the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation and the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development.

At the ceremony, the Union Minister gave an opening address and urged the students to work hard to become the essential scholars for the agricultural sector.

Next, the union minister and deputy ministers awarded the prized to the students won the prizes in the contests.

The union minister and party viewed the variety dance show of the students and provided cash of honor.

Then, the union minister and deputy ministers inspected the medal plantation of mixed crops which can be triple crops a year and instructed necessaries and the deputy minister Dr. Aung Gyi provided cash of honor to the research conducted personnel.

Then, the union minister and deputy ministers inspected the high quality rice mill, rive storage and dryer of the farmers of Shwe Zayyer production cooperatives and gave the necessary guidance to the responsible persons for the production development of the cooperative members farmers.
