New Facility: Yangon Orthopedic Hospital opens new annex building

Hailing the 75th anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, a new 5-storey annex building was opened at Yangon Orthopedic Hospital in KyiMyinDaing Township on Thursday.

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice Senior General Soe Win attended the opening ceremony of the annex building and made a speech. The construction of the new building commenced in 2017-2018 fiscal year.

There are four modern operation theatres on the top floor, HDU on the fourth floor, 50-bed patient ward each on the 3rd and 2nd floors and the Out-patient Unit on the ground floor along with the Ultrasound Room and Rehabilitation Unit. The Out-patient Unit is providing treatment to the patients from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
