Friendship and Cooperation: Russian delegation visits Naval Training Headquarters

Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Moe Aung received a delegation led by Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Russian Navy Vice Admiral Igor Mukhametshin at Ayeyawady Naval Headquarters on Sunday.

They discussed for strengthening friendly relations between the two Navies through reciprocal visits and sending training to Russia.

They also exchanged views on promoting cooperation between the two Navies.  The Russian delegation later visited No.5 Navy Wharf where the Commander of Naval Training Headquarters welcomed them and explained the training process of Navy officers and other ranks. They later observed the training being conducted at Ship Handling Simulator and Engine Room Simulator.
