COVID-19 Update: 9 new cases COVID-19 cases reported on December 23

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 9 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Friday after testing 4,204 patients within 24 hours. At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 8 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 633,599 with 19,489 deaths and 608,198 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
