Electoral Process: Population & household census data collection survey course

State level Training of Trainers Course on data collection survey for population and household census of China State Ground Data Collection Supervisory Committee was opened.

In this course opening at the State Government Office, Chief Minister Dr. Wong Hsun Htan said that for the upcoming general election, correctness of the basic voter list is very important.

General Administration Department, Election Sub-Commission, Ministry of Immigration and Population, volunteers and social organizations have to work together for the data collection survey. Working groups will be formed to verify the collected information if necessary.

The Chief Minister also urged trainees to understand what’s taught in the course and support the completion of the important process for the country. This State level Training of Trainers Course on data collection survey for population and household census was joined by 14 trainees.
