Village electrification: Ayeyarwady Region CM opened village electrification

The Ayeyarwady Region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win and members attended the launching ceremony of electrification in Thet Kal Village of MoeMaKha Thet Kal Village-tract, WaKheMa Township, Ayeyarwady Region held in 8 AM on December 14.

The Chief Minister and region ministers opened the village electrification and the region and district level departmental officials, chairman and members of township administration council, township departmental officials and local residents attended the ceremony.

For the Thet Kal Village electrification, the village electrification committee led by the committee chairman U Aung Zaw Lin carried out to install one unit of KTK (200 KVA) through National Electrification Project (NEP-Phase 2) and 4400 feet long (400 V) power line with the cost of 61.1 million Kyats. Among 199 households, 85 households are using with household electric meters, it’s reported.
