Receiving Cambodian diplomat: SAC Chairman received Cambodian ambassador to Myanmar

The Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received the Cambodian ambassador to Myanmar H.E. Mr. CHHOUK Bunna at the parlor of the Office of the Chairman of State Administration Council, Nay Pyi Taw in the afternoon on December 12.

At the call, the matters on Myanmar-Cambodia bilateral friendship and diplomatic relations, cooperation for the bilateral trade, investment and development of tourism sector, the status of taking state responsibilities after forming the State Administration Council in accordance with the state constitution (2008) due to the occurrences of voting frauds during 2020 multi party democracy general election and the status of implementation for the development of the country by setting the future work programs and the conditions of containing the situations in line with the law for the peace and stability of the state were cordially discussed.

After the meeting, the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister and the Cambodian ambassador to Myanmar exchanged memorable gifts and posed for the documentary photo.

Together with the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister, council joint secretary Lt. Gen. Ye Win Oo, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Wunna Maung Lwin and officials and together with the Cambodian ambassador, the officials from the embassy attended the meeting, it’s learnt.
