Inspections in Myitkyina: Chief Minister calls for roads upgrade, cleanliness

Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan on Saturday made inspections in Myitkyina.

First, in Tutkone Ward, the Chief Minister inspected conditions to turn the 1,230 feet long road into an asphalt one and to a box culvert on that road. Also, at the ZoneNal Baptist Church, he made discussions on paving the circular lane in the compound with asphalt.

In Sitapu Ward, the Chief Minister inspected the condition to pave the 777 feet long Panlaung Road with asphalt. He continued his inspection trip to the Myitkyina University and inspected works to make the Myitkyina University campus clean and beautiful. After the inspections, the Chief Minister called on concerned officials to carry out a systematic plan to make Myitkyina always clean and to become a flower city.
