COVID-19 Update: 6 new COVID-19 cases reported on December 5

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 6 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Monday after testing 5,649 patients within 24 hours.

At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 16 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 633,324 with 19,488 deaths and 607,863 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
