Shanghai's Best Time to Appreciate Colorful Chrysanthemums

Shanghai welcomes the golden time of chrysanthemum appreciation. In Gongqing Forest Park, visitors can enjoy a visual feast of colourful chrysanthemums. It features more than 500 varieties and 180,000 pots of chrysanthemums in various styles. The section of "Mountains and Chrysanthemum Charm" shows the classical charm of traditional famous flowers vividly.  

In Minhang Flower Farm, the Chrysanthemum Garden Flower Expo is also wonderful. The chrysanthemums on display here come from the national chrysanthemum seeding farm. Chrysanthemum is a cold-resistant plant which likes cool weather. The next ten days will be the golden chrysanthemum viewing period in the city for this year.
