


The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 91 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Monday after testing 8,815 patients within 24 hours.
At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 134 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 631,716 with 19,482 deaths and 605,731 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, France, Germany, Brazil, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom, Italy, Japan and Russian Federation, according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 5:23pm CET, 31st October 2022, there have been over 627 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 6.56 million deaths.
