Agriculture Sector:Technology training & visit to farming in Sagaing

Under the guidance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, the Agricultural Technology Training was carried out along with the visit to the hydroponic farming, aquaponic farming and home garden farming at the Sagaing Region Agriculture Department.

The training was to share the knowledge about agriculture technologies with the farmers in Monywa Township area and to increase their income by producing healthy vegetables and expending the farming businesses.

During the visit to the farming, 40 farmers and growers from Zalote Village, MyinMheeLaung Village and Mingalar Kone Village were explained about Hydroponic farming, Aquaponic farming, Home garden farming techniques and producing natural compost process. It's learnt that call centers are ready to help the farmers with agricultural processes and techniques systematically.
