Hydropower Project :Tenders called for cements and admixture of RCC dam

The Department of Hydropower Implementation of the Ministry of Electric Power will invite tenders for cement and admixture to implement the Upper Yeywa Hydropower project.

For the investments, companies can submitthe tender on 16th November this year. The implementation of Upper Yeywa Hydropower project is located near Kyaukme township of Northern Shan state.

The tenders will be called for cements and admixture for RCC(reinforced cement concrete) embankment and dam of hydropower project.

The project willbe implemented in line with safety measures, technical standards, cost effective ways and rules and regulations set by the state. Currently, there are two RCC embankments in the country and upon completion of this project, there will be three RCC type dams in Myanmar, it’s learnt.
