Fishing Boat Burning: Tatmadaw Navy conducts rescue measures

According to the information that a fishing boat was burning near 64 nautical miles of north-west Dawei, members of Tatmadaw (Navy) who are performing security duties in the Myanma sea near Dawei in Taninthayi Region, conducted search operation at about 12:40 am on 16th October and found the burning fishing boat named Lin Toe Toe Aung-3 in the sea.

They extinguished fire on the fishing boat together with local fishermen and 13 boatmen on the boat were recused by their vessel. They conducted health screening and provided food stuff and clothes to the boatmen. Those boatmen would be handed over to concerned officials systematically.
