Coordination meeting: Meeting to hold Kahtina robe offering ceremony held

The coordination meeting to successfully hold the collective Maha KaHtiNa Robe Offering ceremony in Tauggyi on November 4, 2022 was held at the meeting hall of the Shan State Government in the morning on 17th October.

At the meeting, the Chief Minister Dr. Kyaw Tun said that the steering committee and work committees have been formed to successfully hold the collective Maha KaHtiNa Robe Offering ceremony. The Tat-U Ottarayon monastery has been selected as the main recipient monastery of KaHtiNa Robe and the other monasteries which do not receive the KaHtiNa Robe will be offered at the Sasanalankara Kambawza Sasana Yeiktha Beikman with the ceremony. For the smooth and convenient organizing the ceremony like previous years, all are urged to put effort for the tasks of related sector.

Next, the chairman and members of steering committee and responsible officials from the work committees discussed the related matters and the chief minister supplemented necessaries and gave a speech of conclusion, it’s reported.
