COVID-19 Update: 346 new cases with 1 death reported on October 12

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 346 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Wednesday after testing 11,350 patients within 24 hours. At the time of the report, there’s 1 patient who died due to the disease while 250 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 627,328 with 19,468 deaths and 601,296 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
