COVID-19 Update: 262 new COVID-19 cases reported on September 10

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 262 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Saturday after testing 10,804 patients within 24 hours. Among the new cases, 19 cases are those who come from abroad and the rest 243 cases are the local transmissions, it’s stated.

At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 95 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 616,663 with 19,442 deaths and 594,223 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.
