Tripartite Efforts: Cooperation of the Government, Employer and Employee

Deputy Minister for Labour U Win Shein attended a coordination meeting, held at the meeting of Skills Training Center in Yankin Township of Yangon Region on Saturday.

He gave instruction for tripartite efforts of the Government, employer and employee to achieve a peaceful work environ. He added that field inspection has been made at Hlaingthaya, ShweLinPan, Mingaladon and Dagon Seikkan Industrial Zones for achieving peaceful worksite, boosting production, nurturing skill labour and better communication between the employers and employees.

The awareness talks have been conducted to avoid labour disputes, and the Assessor Methodology Training are being provided for appointment of more inspectors and assessors. He called for cooperation of all concerned persons in an effort to turn our skill labour force since it could contribute for boosting production.
