COVID-19 Update: 11 new COVID-19 cases reported on July 14

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 11 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Thursday after testing 5,207 patients within 24 hours while 21 patients have recovered. As of 14th July, confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 613,784 with 19,434 deaths and 592,700 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.

The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, Brazil, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Republic of Korea, Russian Federation and Turkiye, according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 5:54 pm CEST, 14thJuly, there have been over 556 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 6.356 million deaths.
