COVID-19 Update: 13 New COVID-19 Cases Reported On July 13

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 13 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Wednesday after testing 6,283 patients within 24 hours while 8 patients have recovered.

As of 13th July, confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 613,773 with 19,434 deaths and 592,679 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals. The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, Brazil, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Republic of Korea. Russian Federation and Turkiye, according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 5:16 pm CEST, 13th July, there have been over 555 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 6.353 million deaths.
