Inspection Tour: Pontoon to be used at the jetty of National Races Village

Deputy Minister for Ethnic Affairs U Zaw Aye Maung together with officials looked into the pontoon at No.1 Oil Refinery (Thanlyin) in Yangon on 10th July.

During his inspection, the factory manager and officials reported on the facts of the pontoon. This pontoon will be used at the jetty that will be constructed at the National Races Village (Yangon) in 2022-2023 financial year.

The size of the pontoon is 80-ft in length, 20-ft in width and 6-ft in height. At present, the Inland Water Transport is preparing for hauling this pontoon and it would be repaired at the dockyard of Inland Water Transport on 11th July. And then, it will be handed over to the Minsitry of Ethnic Affairs.
