Inspection tour: Union Minister inspected Staff Rental Housing Project

The Union Minister for Construction U Shwe Lay inspected Aung Myay Mandalar Staff Rental Housing Project implementing in Patheingyi Township, Mandalay Region on July 9. 

First, the director of Mandalay Region Development of Urban and Housing Development clarified the implementations in the housing project, the union minister gave necessary instructions and inspected the status of staff housing and the implementations of the department.

Next, the union minister and party inspected the upgrading and maintaining works of Meiktila-Kalaw Road section of Meiktila-Taunggyi-Kengtung-Tachileik road.

In the evening, the union minister together with the Shan State Chief Minister Dr. Kyaw Tun attended the cash donation ceremony held at No 2. 700 bed Tatmataw Hospital in Aung Ban Township.

At the ceremony, the Union Minister and Chief Minister explained the purpose of donating cash for the medical perpetual fund of hospital and the acting hospital commander Col. Win Thaw extended words of thanks.

Next, the Union Minister and Chief Minister donated cash donation for the medical perpetual fund of the hospital and foodstuff and the acting hospital commander accepted the donations and presented certificate of honor.

Afterward, the union minister, chief minister and party viewed the thriving of pine trees near mile post (88/1) of Meiktila-Kalaw-Aung Ban-Taunggyi Road section, inspected construction project of Heho-Baw Sai Road sector and the upgrading works of Aye Thayar-Nyaung Shwe-Mong Thauk-Nampan-Ton Hon-Pin Laung Road, it’s reported.
