2022 monsoon tree planting: MoHT Union Minister attends the event in NPT Hotel Zone

2022 monsoon tree planting ceremony of Nay Pyi Taw Hotel Zone was held in front of Nay Pyi Taw Hoteliers Association Office in Dekkhina Thiri District on Thursday.

Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism Dr Htay Aung, Directors General, officials of Nay Pyi Taw Hoteliers Association and staffs joined the ceremony.

At the event, the Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism gave a speech and planted a gantgaw tree.

Later, officials of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, Nay Pyi Taw Hoteliers Association, hoteliers and the staff planted the saplings at the designated places and the Union Minister observed planting the trees.

Over 300 teaks, shady trees and beautifying plants were planted at the ceremony. Then, the Union Minister visited Start World Hotel and observed administering of COVID-19 booster doses for the 3rd time to 85 hotel staff.
