Religious Occasion: Water Pouring Festival in Myitkyina

Water Pouring Festival was held in the compound of Lawka ManAung SutaungPyae Pagoda in Myitkyina on 14th May, the Full Moon Day of Kasone.

Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan and party poured water to the Bo Tree, together with the members of Wut Association and Social Organizations. The pagoda is also crowded with the pilgrims who came to pour water to the Bo Tree.
