Drugs Seizures: Stimulant tablets, marijuana, ‘ICE’ seized

Illegal drugs were seized in Kachin State, Mon State and Shan State.

In Bhamo Township area, Theinzayat Township and Shwenyaung Township of the states, over 41,000 stimulant tablets, 24.8 grams of marijuana and 12 grams of ‘ICE’ were seized.

The seizures lest to arrests of 7 men. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
