Meeting With Tatmadawmen: VSG Met With Officers, Tatmadawmen And Families

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander in Chief of the Defence Services Commander in Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win, together with the senior military officers and officials, met with the military officers, Tatmadawmen, family members and trainee soldiers from Myeik, Palauk and Heinze stations on separate occasions on Tuesday.

The Vice Senior General said at present, Tatmadaw is taking part in the important role for the country, and all levels of Tatmadawmen are needed to serve their duties with responsibility. He stressed the needs to make constant learning and training to keep abreast with the international community.

He also pointed out the needs to carry out welfare tasks including food sufficiency, shelter, clothing, transportation, education and health sectors. The Vice Senior General later presented foodstuff to the military officers, Tatmadawmen and family members.

The Vice Senior General and party later viewed the poultry farms, livestock breeding and vegetable plantations at the training school in Palauk station.
