UN chief meets Senegal president during visit

The UN Secretary-General said on Sunday the war in Ukraine had aggravated a "triple crisis" affecting food, finance and energy across Africa.  The Secretary-General, accompanied by the Senegal president, also paid a visit to the new UN house being built just outside Dakar.

The building is set to host all 34 UN agencies currently working in different areas in the capital. They also toured a new vaccine production facility being created by the Pasteur Institute in Dakar.
