Modi and Johnson shake hands at New Delhi photo-op

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson met with his Indian counterpart on the second day of his two-day visit to India.

Johnson met with Narendra Modi in New Delhi and discussed about a new cooperation on clean and renewable energy, aimed at supporting India’s energy transition away from imported oil and increasing its resilience through secure and sustainable energy, and addressing climate change in both Britain and India, a British High Commission statement said.
