Russian forces blow up gas pipeline in Kharkiv

The office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Sunday Russian forces blew up a gas pipeline in the country's second largest city.

Footage from the State Special Communication Service of Ukraine showed fire and smoke rising from the facility in Kharkiv early on Sunday.

The country's government warned that smoke from the huge explosion could cause an "environmental catastrophe" and advised people to cover their windows.
