COVID-19 Containment Measures: Preparation of Quarantine Centre inspected in Pathein

Ayeyawady Region Government is making preparation measures for opening of Quarantine Center at KoeThein Football Academy in Pathein.

On 17th February, Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win, together with officials, inspected the preparation measures at the commanding office, hostels and beds for positive patients and stockpiling of health related items.

Ayeyawady Region stands second in daily COVID-19 cases after Yangon Region in recent days. On the 16th, 327 tested positive for the virus, according to the report of the Ministry of Health.
