Htamane Making Competition: 40 Teams Participate In Bago Region

Bago Region Government organized a Htamane Making Competition on 15th February. Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win gave an opening speech, and officials explained the rules of the competition.

The Chief Minister and party later viewed the competing of the participant teams. The prizes were presented to five special award winners as well as first, second and third prize winners. It also included a lucky draw program at which 2 motorcycles and 15 bicycles were casted lots for the participants.

A total of 40 teams, 8 from the departments, one from the industrial zone, 5 from pagoda boards of trustees, and 25 from wards and villages in Bago Region participated in the competition.
