Leadership Resource Building: Union Civil Service Board organizes 3rd workshop

The 3rd workshop on leadership resource building that is a symbol of good prospect for development, organized by the Union Civil Service Board was launched on Monday in line with COVID-19 guidelines.

In his opening remarks, Chairman of Union Civil Service Board U Than Swe said that the first workshop was held in December 2021 and the second workshop in 2022. It was the third and the final one. The future work programs based on the findings and recommendations of the previous workshops could be adopted.

He also highlighted that preparation is important in drafting organizational structure based on the reformed policies and experiences. He called on the staffs to discuss with all abilities for organizational development. The 3rd workshop aimed for effeively carrying out for the interests of the people through the accomplishment of the goal and objectives of an organization.

In first day session, topics such as "Designing Organizational Structures" and "Organizational Culture" were discussed. The second day of the workshop would focus on organizational reform and organizational development. The workshop will be held till 16th February and a total of 66 officers and staffs would make discussions depending on the topics.
