



The Ministry of Legal Affiars opened No. 1/2022 Basic Training Course on Civil cases including government departments and organizations, on Monday with an address by Union Minister for Legal Affairs and Union Attorney General Dr. Thida Oo.
At the opening ceremony, the Union Minister said that the training course aimed to carry out legal education activities in accordance with the guidance of Chairman of the State Administration Council, capacity enchancement of law officers who are performing duties in legal affairs and implement the objectives of the Strategic Plan: “Providing Legal Service for Justice” (2020-2024).
The Union Minister added that on behalf of government departments and organizations, the officers who perform as plaintiff or contestant in a civil suit need to coordinate with each other in a balanced manner. The trainees will get benefits as the training will conduct to avoid other losses including the state budget. A total of 55 trainees from the respective ministries and Nay Pyi Taw City Development Committee are attending the course.
