Adequate Oxygen Supply: Mayor inspects oxygen plant of YCDC

Yangon Region Development Affairs Minister, Chairman of Yangon City Development Committee (Mayor) U Bo Htay together with officials visited oxygen plant of YCDC in Thingan Kyun Township, Monday morning.

There, the Mayor inspected filling oxygen into oxygen cylinders and durability of the machines and fulfilled the needs. With the contribution of the Jazz 74 Group of Companies and Sanar Seik Htar Pay Hset Thu Myar social assistance group, this oxygen plant was installed for the people in Yangon to be available easily oxygen during the third wave of COVID-19.

It can fill over 100 40-liter oxygen cylinders per day. Moreover, the YCDC has installed 20 ton Liquid oxygen tank in MCC hall of Mayan Kone township and 15 ton Liquid Oxygen Tank in the compound of Mingaladon Township Development Administrative Office for the sufficient distribution of oxygen.
