Study Tour: Union Day Representatives visited Buddha Park

Representatives from EAOs, NGOs and political parties, attending the Union Day celebration visited the site of Mara Vijaya Buddha Image in Nay Pyi Taw on Saturday.

The In-charge officer explained the aim of curving the Buddha Image for public reverence, process of work implementations including the digging of marble stone, conveying to Nay Pyi Taw, inscribing of Tripitaka in Pali and Romanize languages, and construction of religious edifices in the compound of Buddha Park.

Likewise, retired military officers, Chief Ministers and wives also came to observe the work processes of curving the Buddha Image.
