Order No. 17/2022: Withdrawing Of Ongoing Criminal Proceedings Against EAO Members

State Administration Council issued order No. 17/2022 on the 12th of February. It states Chairman of the State Administration Council has released this order under Section 419 of the Constitution to withdraw the ongoing criminal proceedings against AA members and 46 subordinates and release them by honouring the Diamond Jubilee Union Day that falls on 12 February 2022 and ensuring durable peace.
