Snowfall in SArabia as winter storm hits region

One YouTuber captured the snowfall on January 17 as well as spectacular drone footage of the snow dusted desert the day after. Tourists flocked to the area to enjoy the snow that is rarely seen in Saudi Arabia.

The National Center for Meteorology warned Saudis of severe thunderstorms in several parts of the Kingdom earlier this week.
