Covid-19 Update: 714 New Cases Reported At 8 P.M. On November 14

The Ministry of Health reported 714 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Sunday after testing 23,042 lab specimens within 24 hours.

16 COVID-19 positive patients have died while 810 patients have recovered and were discharged from hospitals. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 513,262 with 18,929 deaths and 484,340 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.

The Ministry of Health is carrying out in momentum to prevent, control and give treatment of COVID-19 spreading in the country. For achieving success of work process, the public need to Stay at home as much as possible. Wear masks when it comes to go outside without fail. Wash hands frequently. Take distance from each other.

If there are older persons above 65 or those suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and heart in the house, those must be worn masks.

The cooperation with great attention to receive the COVID-19 vaccination is needed. The Ministry of Health has given instructions for office/department staff and everyone’s active cooperation in following the COVID-19 preventive measures including reminders of staying safe and healthy during the pandemic.
