COVID-19 Report: 1,877 New Cases Reported at 8 p.m. on July 3

The Ministry of Health and Sports reported 1,877 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Saturday after testing 9,054 lab specimens within 24 hours with 20 new deaths and 611 COVID-19 positive patients discharged from hospitals.

COVID-19 confirmed cases in Myanmar have reached 163,087 with 3,384 deaths and 138,026 COVID patients discharged from the hospitals until 8 p.m. on July 3.

The public’s cooperation is requested to address wearing masks when going outside, frequently washing hands and practising social distancing to control the spreading of COVID-19, MOHS has given instructions for office and families to remind each other to stay safe and healthy during the pandemic.
