Energy Cooperation: Myanmar-Laos coordination meeting held

According to the ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC), a coordination meeting on Electricity and Energy Cooperation between Myanmar and Laos was held virtually on Friday at the Office of the Ministry of Electricity and Energy in line with the COVID-19 safety measures.

Union Minister for Electricity and Energy U Aung Than Oo, Deputy Minister U Thant Sin, Permanent Secretary U Than Zaw, Heads of Departments, Minister of Energy and Mines of Laos Dr Dabong Phonekeo, Permanent Secretary of the Cabinet Office/MEM Mr Phetsavanh Rattanathongxay, and department heads of the Lao People's Democratic Republic attended the meeting
