Delegation In Russia: Delegates Attend International Maritime Defence Show

The Myanmar delegation led by the Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Moe Aung, along with the delegations from 28 countries, attended the International Maritime Defence Show (IMDS-2021) on Thursday in Saint Petersburg of the Russian Federation.

The delegation is accompanying the Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services during his goodwill visit to Russia.

At the show, the Admiral met Admiral Nikolai Yevmenov of the Russian Federation and discussed maritime cooperation between the two countries and training.

They also exchanged views on maritime security and natural disaster prevention. The Admiral also observed the defence equipment displayed in the JSC “Almaz-Antey” gallery.
